食品伙伴网讯 据欧盟网站消息，3月31日欧盟委员会发布EU
2017/622号法规，修订与疯牛病相关进口牛、绵羊、山羊肉类兽医证书条例。新条例将于官方公报发布后第20天起生效。
新条例修订2000/572/EC附件2中第II部分1.9条和2007/777/EC附件3中第II部分2.9条，并删除2007/777/EC附件3第II部分注释中的脚注3，该法规设置了截止2017年12月31日的过渡期，但使用修订之前的证书的签发日期应不晚于2017年11月30日。

Having regard to Council Directive 2002/99/EC of 16 December 2002 laying
down the animal health rules governing the production, processing, distribution
and introduction of products of animal origin for human consumption （1）， and in
particular Articles 9（2）（b） and 9（4）（b） thereof,
Having regard to Regulation （EC） No 854/2004 of the European Parliament
and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific rules for the
organisation of official controls on products of animal origin intended for
human consumption （2）， and in particular the second paragraph of Article 16
